Covid-19 procedures

Dear guests,

we would like to inform you that we have worked intensively on rules and protocols in order to guarantee the highest standards of hygiene and safety for you and all our staff.

All the new procedures implemented have been adopted in accordance with the guidelines drawn up by the relevant health and sector authorities.

Below we illustrate all the measures taken to guarantee you a peaceful and safe stay, with the hope that you can, once again, experience unforgettable moments.

Our procedures

The hotel, after the seasonal closure, has undergone a thorough cleaning.

Furthermore, daily cleaning, both in the common areas and in the rooms, will be intensified and carried out exclusively with disinfectant products approved by current legislation, in order to ensure greater safety.

All our textiles have been washed with sanitizing detergents and sanitized with steam equipment.

Our staff

The attention starts from the inside, therefore every day our collaborators will be subjected to temperature screening before starting their activity and in case of exceeding the established threshold (more than 37.5 degrees) they will not be admitted to the facility.

Hotel staff will be equipped with appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment).

Common areas

A significant increase in the sanitation of all areas with a high level of exposure and contact will be carried out.

We will guarantee social distancing through the aid of specific signs and dispensers of hand sanitizing gel dispensers will be available to customers in every area of the hotel.

Our guests will be required to wear a mask in the common areas, as indicated by current legislation.

Rooms

We will devote scrupulous attention to the cleaning of each room through the constant and frequent use of sanitizing and disinfectant products recognized by the National Health Authorities.

Routine cleaning of the ventilation and air conditioning systems will be implemented with periodic sanitizing of the filters.

We therefore ask you to collaborate with small gestures, such as letting the rooms air out every day, especially before the cleaning staff access.

Breakfast room

Breakfast will be served at the table, in compliance with current legislation, which does not allow the setting up of a buffet, ensuring the spacing of the tables by limiting the maximum number of entrances.

Pool

Our pool has been sanitized and will be sanitized and supervised constantly.

To ensure the safety and tranquility of our guests, as well as compliance with the provisions relating to the maximum occupancy.

The beds will be positioned respecting the social distancing and will be sanitized at each shift change and at the end of the day.

Beach

The Soleado hotel offers its guests the opportunity to choose between different beaches, including some with agreements.

Reservations will always be required and the beaches will comply with the rules established by the competent authorities.
